“I am NOT the best at running. Or push-ups. Or mountain biking. Or strength training. I’ve always kind of used gym as a ‘just do the motions, get the credit, and be done with it’. And now, I actually get excited to go to gym. It feels like I can take on anything. While I may not be the fastest in the class, his encouragement, training, and passion to teach have helped me greatly.”
