In late 2018, Pop Smoke arrived with one of his first-ever recordings, on a remix of Sheff G’s “Panic, Pt. 3”. By the summer, people across the city were talking about his voice and signature dance. The 20-year-old rising star was the voice of Brooklyn drill when he, unfortunately, passed away.
