Pepperidge Farm’s Swirl Pumpkin Spice Bread:

For those familiar with cinnamon toast, this is Pepperidge Farm’s P.S. version. Though the packaging claims to be pumpkin spice swirl bread, there is very little to no pumpkin spice flavor in this breakfast treat. In fact, the consumer might think that the bread is closer to a soft, fluffy, cinnamon toast if anything.

Verdict: not terrible, but doesn’t fulfill the pumpkin spice flavor

“The bread was pretty dry and the cinnamon was kind of overpowering. But, it was good…I liked it but I couldn’t taste much pumpkin, it was more cinnamon.

“The moisture of the bread was good and it was fluffy. I do believe it was lacking in flavor; it just tasted like normal bread…It was decent but it didn’t really hit the mark for pumpkin spice. You could taste the fall energy but there wasn’t really that much pumpkin there.”
