Behind the Scenes: The NAI Cafeteria
Every day, our lunch staff works tirelessly to provide clean, healthy lunches to students and staff throughout the school day.
They start their day by serving breakfast from 6:45 A.M. until first period and work tirelessly to prepare our lunch meals. The lunch ladies then serve lunch fifth through eighth period.
Our cafeteria has endless options when it comes to lunch foods. I spoke to one of the lunch ladies and she said that everyday is crazy, especially behind the scenes and that the most popular lunch lines are the pasta bar and nachos on nacho day. I was granted permission to have an inside look and capture the hard work that goes into serving hundreds of students daily. Pictured below are common sights to see in our fantastic cafeteria.
