Boyz N the Hood

10 year old Tre Styles is sent to live with his father in the inner city. His father is determined to raise his son with self-respect and self-worth, which is not an easy task in a neighborhood where crime and drugs run rampant. Now 17 year old Tre has managed to stay on the right path and stay out of trouble, unlike his friend Doughboy, who has been in and out of jail on multiple occasions. Tre’s brother Ricky is planning on going to a University with a scholarship. However, violence is something they’ve all always had to deal with in their neighborhood.
