In the mid 20th century, 43 women, with no sign of pregnancy, each gave birth to a baby with superpowers. A man named Sir Reginald Hargreeves, aka-The Monocle, decides to adopt seven of them. He trains them to save the world from a threat that is unknown. They all have unique powers and are named based on their usefulness to the Monocle.
