The NAEye brought students together to discuss the issue of gun control and attempt to find middle ground.
In the second part of “NAEye Middle Ground: Gun Control,” panelists explored whether or not gun control and less crime/ gun violence are related. This prompt is one that political figures use to discuss this issue on a larger level and attempt to make political changes. Stay tuned for the rest of their discussion.

I enjoy these videos and I’m glad we’re getting people to talk about important issues such as these. However, I feel that no middle ground has been found yet. I don’t know if there are any more parts to this project or if there will be a sequel, but if there is, maybe a good topic to discuss that I really hope has some middle ground is trauma. People involved in shootings must have some level of trauma, and I think we (hopefully) all agree trauma is not a good thing to have.
