Zayaan Tirmizi is a sophomore at NAI. For as long as he can remember, he has had passionate interests in learning about global politics and foreign policy, specifically regarding the Middle East. Zayaan loves writing opinion pieces and giving his take on new policies, history in the region, or just learning as much as he can about the topic. Outside of writing, his favorite hobbies include soccer and cricket, both of which he plays regularly, and reading. In school, he participates in many clubs such as the Brain Bee, Ted Talk Club, Debate, TigerThon, and the NACL.
