period(t). informal
Definition: not only the grammatically correct ending of a sentence but a way to end a sassy remark or statement powerfully; most often used between teens; a prevalent hand motion is often used when saying period
(the letter ‘T’ is sometimes added to the end for extra emphasis)
You know like when you need to end an argument or like a very powerful statement but u don’t have anything to end it.
Ex. “I’m so done with this class, I’m dropping out of school, period.”
“Save the turtles, period.”
“Omg the water crisis in Flint is so bad, period.”
